These terms govern your use of the Moonfade Android application and this website. By using Moonfade, you agree to these terms and the applicable Google Play terms. If you do not agree, do not use Moonfade.
What Moonfade does
Moonfade provides an Android timer that can lower media volume and request playback to pause when time expires. Playback behavior can vary by device and media app. Moonfade does not provide media, guarantee that every player will pause, track sleep, or provide medical advice.
Moonfade Pro
Moonfade Pro is an optional one-time product processed by Google Play. Pricing, taxes, payment processing, refunds, and purchase-account rules are handled under Google Play's applicable terms and policies. Moonfade does not receive your payment-card details.
Advertising and third-party services
The free version may display advertising through Google Mobile Ads. Moonfade also relies on Google Play for distribution and purchases. Your use of those services may be governed by Google's terms and privacy policies.
Acceptable use
You may use Moonfade for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, its security, Google Play Billing, advertising systems, or other users' devices or accounts.
Availability and responsibility
We work to make Moonfade reliable, but the app and website are provided on an “as available” basis. Android background behavior, manufacturer software, media apps, network access, and Google services can affect functionality. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PT Solusi Siber Teknologi is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Moonfade.
Changes
We may update Moonfade or these terms as the product, law, or third-party services change. The current terms will remain available on this page with an updated effective date.
